Employee Appreciation Incentive Program:

Who Qualifies for Bonuses?

All employees qualify after the following criteria has been met:

1. - 3 months of full-time employment (sorry part timers)

2. - Less than 3 absences & 2 tardies in past 6 months

3. - Completed 2 trainings per month for the period of the offered incentive

4. - Attended the previous monthly employee safety meeting

Monthly Bonus Offerings:

· $10 - In 1 calendar months’ time if the required cycle count calendar has been completed and all Cycle Counts are accurate within 1%. All employees are awarded this bonus. Max bonus = $250

· $10 – Hit Gross Monthly Sales Revenue Goal. This goal will be posted in the break room for every month and calculated by taking the previous year’s sales figure and increasing it by 5%. All employees are awarded this bonus. Max bonus = $250

· Varies - Amount of bonus will be based on Item - Weekly Item sales goal met (will be posted in the break room and may be either a quantity sold or a sales dollar figure). The person with the most weekly wins will be the only one to receive this bonus. Max bonus = $100

· $10 – Increase the Average Ticket Price by more than $5 over previous month. Max bonus = $250

· $25 – Most Transactions (inside) / Loading Tickets (outside). This bonus is awarded to 1 person who has worked inside and 1 person who has worked outside. Max bonus = $50

· $10 – Customer 5-Star Review online. If a customer leaves a Google review online and mentions you by name you will receive this bonus in conjunction with all other bonuses. Max bonus = $50

· $10 – For completing 1 Group Goal. This is something approved by Travis and must be submitted by an employee. It must be measurable and take some effort to complete. It also must be approved 1 week before the end of the month for the following month. An example would be, only 15 overrides in the month or nothing broken (including vehicles). Max bonus = $250

· $10 – Yard bonus – In order to qualify for this bonus, the yard must have ALL daily truck inspections completed. ALL daily mileage must be recorded. All daily checklists must be completed. Must pass 4 random grade checks with a B or greater grade. All product is put away and special orders have paperwork attached. Max bonus = $150

· $10 – Cashier bonus – In order to qualify for this bonus, the cashiers must have ALL daily checklists completed. Must pass 4 random grade checks with a B or greater grade.
