DO YOU OFFER JOBSITE DELIVERY?

Yes. In fact, many of our delivery services are absolutely free. Your TLY sales consultant can assist you in planning your deliveries and give you more information about which delivery services you can enjoy free of charge!

WHAT TYPES OF DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

Your method of delivery will depend on your order. In addition to the more traditional delivery systems, we'll gladly boom your roofing order to the rooftop, deliver gypsum to a second floor and conquer rough terrain with our multi-directional moffet to deliver your engineered wood order. While rooftop delivery and boom trucks are available in most markets, be sure to ask your TLY sales consultant about the services that are available in your area.

CAN I SPECIFY WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

In most cases, you can request a specific delivery time. However, there are some instances where guaranteed times aren't possible. We'll do everything we can to meet your needs.

Credit

DO YOU OFFER CREDIT?

Yes. Getting credit at The Lumber Yard XL is easy. Simply complete and sign a credit application and you will be contacted within 2 days. When you qualify, ordering on credit becomes a snap!

CAN I USE MY CREDIT ACCOUNT AT ANY OF The Lumber Yard XL LOCATIONS?

Yes. Once you have credit with The Lumber Yard XL, your account follows you wherever you shop!

CAN YOU EMAIL MY STATEMENT TO ME?

Not yet…but it won't be long! We're working on systems that will allow you to choose when and how you receive your invoices.

Absolutely! What better way to keep a project moving? We'll gladly do your take-offs, build an order list and create a delivery schedule—all at no extra charge!

DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE WHO CAN MEASURE MY JOBS?

Every sales consultant is trained to do job site measurement. Whether it's kitchen, siding, trim or any of our other categories...The Lumber Yard XL does the work for you!

I NEED HELP WITH ENGINEERED WOOD PRODUCTS. DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES?

The Lumber Yard XL is proud to have engineers on staff to assist you with your Engineered Wood Order. Simply loan us your prints. We'll copy them and get them back to you right away...then we'll get to work on your take-off.

Ordering

IF YOU DON'T STOCK IT, CAN YOU GET IT?

Although there's a lot we stock…if we don't have it, we can get it! Special orders are not a problem…and we pride ourselves on being your "one stop" shopping solution. Our experienced staff can also help you with alternative solutions and help you secure the hard-to-find materials you need to get the job done.

CAN I RETURN EXTRA MATERIALS FROM MY JOB?

Any stock material you have left over from your job is returnable to The Lumber Yard XL for credit, provided it is in clean, resalable condition. Your sales consultant will be happy to work with you on any returns.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED?

We work hard to avoid damage, but sometimes it happens. When you first identify damaged material, contact us right away. We'll do our best to replace it as quickly as possible in order to keep you on schedule.
